Just to refresh your memory, I asked for your prayers for my AIPE application roughly 1-2 weeks ago. Merci, merci.
Thank God - I've been accepted!!
If I had a chance to talk to you, I'd give a testimony of how God turns situations around - always for the best.
Bravo!
Right now, I'm just trying to concentrate on studies & mid-terms; sorting out logistics for my acceptance and trying to set my minuscule mind round everything I need to do.
If there is one thing I want you to remember from this post, is that
God is good, all the time
and
He will not forsake you even though you have first forsaken him.
Little updates:
1) I had my first surf lesson today! Surfing is much difficile than I initially thought. It's tres hard work (by that I mean fighting against waves, half terrified that your board will hit you and crack your head, falling into the water and hitting the board; paddling for your life only to be washed back to shore....
Mais, il est amusant. Don't let me scare you away!
2) I have midterms coming up - Français dans Mardi et Control Systems dans Vendredi. Yes, this quarter is significantly plus travailler than last quarter. I'm taking 6 courses in total, 2 of them being French. Tis a tad crazy, but I'm managing so far. My goal is still at least GPA3.8 this quarter - another Provost Honor's!! |
