MISSES Oz-land. Doesn't want to do Control Systems. Doesn't want to draw Root Locuses. Doesn't want to do VHDL. Doesn't want to study French. Doesn't want to do the Mini-Angel presentation."
Grace Foo wants a home. It's been too long since she left Malaysia to feel like that's home. It's been too short a time since she arrived in Australia to feel like that's home. Has achieved her childhood dream of studying in the US, but she DEFINITELY has not been here long enough to feel attached.
Grace Foo is going through an odd period of time when she's 21 and above, but not earning enough to support herself. The period when it feels almost wrong to be supported by her parents financially.
Feels uncomfortable saying she wants to go back to Malaysia, because she doesn't want to settle down there.
Feels uncomfortable saying she wants to go back to Australia, because she's an alien there.
Feel uncomfortable saying she wants to stay in the U.S because she's an alien there.
Feels uncomfortable saying she wants to go to Asia, because even though she's Asian, she doesn't really think in sync with Asians.
Feels uncomfortable saying she is westernised and settle down in a western country, because she is NOT.
Grace has an identity crisis, in the most inappropriate time. |

Yeahh...I agree with Zhu Whee...and no matter where u finally decided to settle down...just remember that I'll still support you fully =) Now i've finally have the chance to read your blog...just realised how little I know bout your recent updates..hmph!
