I was just going to say, a lot has changed since I left secondary school, and entered tertiary education.
A lot has changed since I left Sydney for Canberra.
A lot has changed since I left Canberra for California.
And a lot has changed since I left Hong Kong.
Should we lament about the different phases of life we go through? The changed person we have been. Things that we used to like, we no longer do.
Things that were once familiar, is now strange to touch, strange to feel, strange to hear.
Doubts that come and go. Beliefs that come and go. Passion that comes and go.
Should we lament change? |
